Origin of our Name:
Britannica defines Cavalry as a highly mobile military unit generally mounted on horseback. When combined in a military formation its main duties included observing and reporting information about the enemy, screening movements of its own force, pursuing and demoralizing a defeated enemy, and maintaining a constant threat to an enemy's flank.

In naming our company, "Cavalry Logistics" stood out because of our fondness for Teddy Roosevelt. He was a great leader who inspired the common man and so we used him as the foundation for building a strong unit. President Roosevelt developed the cavalry as we know it today; A tenacious and calculating unit characterized by light armor, rapid transfer of information and the ability to "ride to the rescue".

Cavalry Logistics will manage information about our customers, shipping origins, consignees, carriers and more importantly, the stages of execution. We will rapidly follow-through to meet our customers’ needs. Our mantra will be, "We are paid to manage problems; we will keep and gain customers based on our enthusiasm and honesty."

There is so much power in a name. Expecting parents spend months trying to pick the right name for their newborn child. It is no different in selecting a name for a company. We wanted our name to signify strength, honor, wisdom, a commitment to excellence, unity and most importantly, strong leadership!
