Description: As a Freight Broker at Cavalry, your goal is to help customers move their inventory in the most cost-effective way by identifying and providing logistics solutions. You will have the opportunity to build solid relationships with carriers and manage your individual carrier base while working in a team environment.

New to the logistics industry? That’s okay! We provide industry and system training. This allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and understand how they play a significant role in seeing it succeed.

Ideal candidates possess the following characteristics:

  • High energy level
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable making multiple phone calls a day
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Proficient math skills needed to calculate rates per mile, etc.

Description: Carrier Services Representative duties include tracking and tracing freight by calling drivers and dispatchers to get information and focusing on the customer service aspect of our business. Recognizing issues before they occur while fostering relationships with our many callers is at the core of what our representatives to.
